This data (Report_DAmm19-3988_SNP_mapping_2.csv) was generated through DArT sequencing (Diversity Array Technology, Canberra, Australia).  The data metadata (DAmm19-3988_SNP_metadata.xlsx) explains the column headings and SNP format.
