Fijian<i> Lasioglossum</i> collection data, COI alignment and R code.

<p dir="ltr">Collection data from Fijian <i>Lasioglossum</i> bees from 2010 to 2019, as well as associated COI sequences in a FASTA alignment. The code included to assess the niche associated distribution of these bees in Fiji, and generate the map of collection points is also included.</p>
