Additional Bacterial Taxonomies from the GTDB
We calculated additional GTDB Taxonomies for genomes we analysed for prophages, and that were not yet available in GTDB. These taxonomies were all calculated using r207 of the GTDB and with the gtdb_tk classify workflow (gtdbtk classify_wf)
